The new portal “will allow agents to quote and inform consumers in a new effective minimized way” says Dave Beving, GuideOne’s Director of Application Development and Enterprise Architecture.

GuideOne works with with MuleSoft on the data integration and AppDynamics for performance management. After going live with the new portal in six states in November 2018, “The new process technical and pricing improvements built a stronger agent enthusiasm,” Beving adds.

The reminding states are expected to see the update sooner than later. GuideOne will also pilot a live chat after the national launch to provide instant-messaging support for additional agent convenience.
