Julia Caslin

Leadership Development Executive for Deposit & Card Products

Julia Caslin is currently the leadership development executive for the Deposits & Card Products business, where she is responsible for the strategies, tactics and processes for acquiring, developing, retaining and growing the talent within the organization. Prior to this role, Julia was the Human Resources Manager supporting Global Quality & Productivity and the Enterprise Transition Program Office. Julia has been with Bank of America for over eight years. Julia joined the Bank as an HR Manager in Technology & Operations. She then moved on to manage Technology & Operations’ leadership development processes and associate initiatives, including Pay for Performance, Talent Planning, Leadership Development Programs, Associate Survey and The Bank of America Spirit. After her role in T&O, Julia was in charge of the development and implementation of the Performance Management and Talent Planning systems that are part of e-Workplace. Upon the implementation of those tools, she joined the Strategic Staffing Initiative Team as the Organization Development and Design Specialist. She then went on to act as the HR/LLD Manager for the Global Staffing and International HR Organizations. Julia then moved into the role of BAC CRE Mortgage Sales HR Manager, as the Countrywide transition was initiated. Through the Countrywide Transition, Julia was a Human Resources Manager and Leadership Development Manager supporting multiple sales and strategy lines of business in Home Loans & Insurance. Prior to joining Bank of America, Julia has over seven years of experience in organizational consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Julia’s areas of expertise are in organizational development, organizational design, process improvement, HR strategy, culture change, management development, systems selection and implementation, knowledge management, and reward and incentive programs. Julia received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fairfield University in Connecticut, and her Masters of Economics from the University of Virginia. Julia recently relocated to the Wilmington, DE area from Charlotte, NC.
