Julie Hamrickis Founder and Chief Analyst of Ignite Sales Inc., the leader in accelerating organic sales growth for retail banks.� She created the operational analytics framework for the company�s patent and product suite.In 2014, both Julie and Ignite Sales were recognized for outstanding business contributions.� Julie received the Dallas Business Journal�s North Texas Women in Technology Award while Ignite Sales won the Most Innovative Financial Services Product Award, coined the Monarch Award.Prior to Ignite, Julie was a General Manager responsible for process improvement using data modeling techniques at Aviall Inc., an $800 million aircraft services company. Previous career positions also include technology implementation engineering for US Steel as well as financial analysis, and management consulting with Deloitte.Julie received her Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania and her Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.��
