LuAnne Kingston is HSBCs National Premier Executive with responsibility for the companys affluent personal customer strategy in the U.S. This includes establishing and implementing a wealth-led strategy for both HSBCs global Premier and Advance propositions, targeting internationally minded customers. LuAnne has been with HSBC for 26 years, holding various line and support leadership positions, in areas including Human Resources and Training, Six Sigma Quality and Mortgage. Previous to LuAnnes current role, she was HSBCs Western New York District Executive, directing the business for 65 retail bank branches, leading over 700 employees. She holds an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and is a graduate of the Consumer Bankers Association Graduate School of Retail Bank Management, University of Virginia. LuAnne is also Six Sigma Black Belt certified and holds series 7 and 66 securities licensing.In addition, LuAnne is active in the local Western New York community, and currently serves on the boards of United Way of Buffalo and Erie County and the Kaleida Health Foundation.
