Scott Enders

SVP, Head of Customer Experience

Enders serves as senior vice president and Director of Customer Experience for Fifth Third Bancorp. In this capacity, Enders is responsible for developing and ensuring execution of customer centric strategies enabling Fifth Third to be viewed as the One Bank people most value and trust.Enders most recently served as Senior Vice President and Director of Strategy/Optimization for Fifth Third�s Consumer Bank. In this role, Enders was responsible for leading the development of 5 year strategic plans across the Consumer Bank (Retail, Mortgage, Bankcard, Auto and Default Management) as well as overseeing strategic optimization initiatives.Enders joined Fifth Third Bancorp in 1997 and has worked in a variety of roles, including Director of Bancorp Optimization, Consumer Bank Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Director of Fulfillment for Mortgage and Retail Credit.Prior to joining Fifth Third Bank, Enders worked for Deloitte as an auditor and consultant.He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. Enders also is a CPA, a Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt and a certified PMP. Enders, his wife and three daughters reside in Cincinnati, Ohio.
