    Nathan Golia is editor-in-chief of Digital Insurance, a publication covering the nexus between the insurance industry and technology. His topics of focus include mobility, analytics, telematics, and the insurance IT workforce. A frequent presenter at first- and third-party conferences for organizations including IASA, AHOU, SAP and more, Nate has been covering the insurance industry since 2010 as a senior editor for Insurance & Technology. Nate is a journalist by trade who has also worked at Direct Marketing News and The Toy Book. He is a graduate of Buffalo State College.

Jane is the CEO of Optimity, an AI-driven digital platform that helps insurers engage their policyholders via branded lifestyle mobile experiences. The platform is personalized and supports users throughout their life journey, using positive daily micro-interactions to improve their health and happiness. The tool builds loyalty and affinity to an insurance brand, boosts persistency, and improves sales conversion of pertinent products. Prior to Optimity, Jane was a specialized project manager for global clinical trials, a risk specialist innovating in early prevention of diseases where she created digital segmentation tools to better manage cohorts of patient in EU, Asia and North America. She also spent time as a sales optimization consultant at IMS Health, using segmentation profiling and data-analytics to guide strategy for some of the largest pharmaceutical companies.
