Joshua Motta
Joshua Motta is the CEO and founder of Coalition, the first technology-enabled cyber insurance solution. At 14 years-old, Joshua began his career at Microsoft as the company’s youngest employee. He grew his deep mathematical and technical background by working on the cyber program at the CIA while he was a student at the University of Chicago.

Following college, Joshua spent over five years as an investor, quant and advisor in the hedge fund, private equity and banking sectors, including a position at Goldman Sachs. Joshua then moved back to the cyber security space and was instrumental in the founding and growth of Cloudflare, where he was the CxO and Head of Special Projects.

At Coalition, Joshua is helping companies recover from cyber security attacks when all else fails. The first of its kind cyber security insurance company also helps companies to mitigate risk and intervenes to lessen the damage of an attack. Joshua founded Coalition to create a better way to protect businesses from breaches. He is not afraid to speak out and is vocal about the realities of the cyber security space.
