AgencyPort Insurance Services Inc., a Boston-based provider of Web-based solutions and services designed specifically for P&C insurers, has formed a partnership with the RiskMeter Online, also based in Boston. This alliance was made to eliminate duplicate data entry for underwriters and agents, and reduce the communication needed between an underwriter or agent to quote and bind new and existing business.

ClickFox Inc., an Atlanta-based provider of customer experience analytics (CEA) software and solutions, announced three new business solutions: CEA for Operational Efficiency, CEA for Customer Satisfaction and CEA for Customer Retention.
