Jupiter Auto banks on AI for improved customer experience

Jupiter Auto, a seller of specialty auto insurance in six states, has reached a deal with Elafris to leverage the vendor’s artificial intelligence powered chatbots, the companies announced.

The partnership enables Jupiter Auto to create its own virtual agent infrastructure, which will be used to provide customers with a personalized and intelligent on-demand experience, according to its President and CEO Brian Brown. In a statement, Brown added he expects the platform to make policy purchasing easier for new and existing clients.

Jupiter auto, founded in 2005, becomes just the second insurance company to adopt Elafris’ AI messaging technology. Insurtech startup Hippo initially partnered with the vendor in February. Elafris’ partnerships span across many fields in insurance, including consulting firms and core system providers.
