Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. will offer online employment screening, as well as a "1-800-How am I Driving?" service, to a select tier of its middle market business customers without membership or enrollment fees. The only fees charged will be for specific reports ordered. Access to the two services from Driver's Alert are offered through the Novato, Calif.-based insurer's iCustomer Series. These non-insurance products are part of a series of vendor services added to the carrier's iCustomer Series program, which provides real-time access to a broad array of industry-specific tools and services to Middle Market and Commercial Group customers.
