Syntrio Inc., a San Francisco-based provider of online training solutions, has launched the Online Training & Tracking Center, a portal that offers Web-based risk management training solutions to middle market business customers of Fireman's Fund Insurance Co., Novato, Calif. FFIC clients who use the carrier's iCustomer Series portal can educate employees on risk management issues through the center, which will provide access to Syntrio's learning management systems and risk management library including OSHA health & safety and employment law compliance courses. Fireman's Fund recently rolled out its innovative iCustomer Series program nationally to help middle-market customers in the hotel, restaurant, real estate, retail, wholesale and manufacturing segments streamline risk management, by providing real-time access to a broad array of industry-specific tools and services.
