Polly, formerly known as DealerPolicy, has entered a partnership with Alpha Warranty Services. Polly is a digital platform for auto retailers and customers to more seamlessly integrate the auto insurance purchase process into the car buying one, the company claims. According to a release, the company's newest partnership will bring Alpha Warranty's vehicle service contracts into the the ecosystem.
Duck Creek Technologies announced two new partnerships via news release. The core systems provider will now offer Glia's digital customer service program as part of its Duck Creek Suite as part of a reselling agreement. It's also named ValueMomentum as an implementation partner. ValueMomentum will provide advisory, implementation, integration, testing and application management services for the Duck Creek Platform.
Athora Holding Ltd., a reinsurer base in London, has selected Clearwater Analytics as a data platform for aggregation, reconciliation, accounting, and reporting in its accounting, regulatory and operational units. "We wanted a solution that could help us on-board acquisitions and portfolios quickly, manage increasing regulatory requirements, and enable a quick view of our investment portfolio across multiple markets," said Shamira Mohammed, Group Chief Accounting Officer, Athora, in a statement.
Farmers and Mechanics Insurance Companies has implemented the insured.io Customer Engagement Platform, the companies said in a release. The insured.io platform includes a customer portal, payments platform, analytics and more. "The customer’s first choice for information and transaction processing is the internet and mobile devices,” said Dan Otto, senior VP and chief financial officer of Farmers & Mechanics, in a statement. “Self-serviced, real-time processing is expected. The customer portal insured.io has implemented for us has expanded our ability to serve our customers in these areas.”
