IVANS Insurance Solutions, a division of Applied Systems, has released IVANS ALIR Pro 2014 to increase compliancy in automobile liability insurance reporting (ALIR) and efficiency for insurance carriers.
IVANS ALIR Pro is an automobile liability reporting software that enables insurance carriers to report data to state motor vehicle authorities as currently required by law in 33 states, saving carriers time and reducing their risk of compliance issues. With ALIR Pro Hosting and IT Operations Services, carriers have the benefits of a cloud application for ALIR Pro software.
ALIR Pro’s new task management tools improve automobile liability insurance reporting for carriers through a Declined Export Report and Submission Report, which enables carriers to account for all transactions submitted to the state; improved error management, enabling carriers to convert errors into assigned tasks within the system on one screen; and advanced task escalation, which helps prevent non-compliance and possible penalties. ALIR Pro purges unopened tasks older than six months and directly notifies the user that the task has been closed.
