The digital experience to gives customers with online and mobile access to auto, home, condo, and renters policies at Farmers.com, including optional endorsements like rideshare coverage. "Reflecting our relentless focus on innovation and service, we are bringing Farmers digital-first options to Mississippi to provide consumers in the state with Farmers products and access to competitively priced policies right at their fingertips," said Keith Daly, president of personal lines for Farmers Insurance. Amica Mutual Insurance announced a partnership with Hover, an insurtech that provides a platform for leveraging smartphone photos of any property into a data set for insurance. The agreement will provide a complete data package with Hover's proprietary technology and integration through the CoreLogic Digital Hub Alliance while also transforming customer experience by dramatically lowering inspection costs and streamlining workflows. It will also allow homeowners to do their own inspections. In return, the policyholder receives an interactive 3D model of their home. "Partnering with Hover has helped us offer our customers a self-inspection option that gives them peace of mind and convenience while still providing us the information needed to underwrite property risks," said T. AXA driveXperience, application for young drivers, has madeover its app and eliminated its dongle in partnership with Cambridge Mobile Telematics. Previously, AXA drivers subscribed to driveXperience through their insurance broker, allowing them to view a calculated score based on acceleration, speed, braking and turns. With new look and update, customers can easier us application which automatically records the trips where the customer is identified as a driver.
