JoAnn Neau is the Vice President - Director of Marketing for RBC Wealth Management where she is responsible for leading the marketing strategy for the U.S. wealth management business. She has held several positions since joining RBC in 2001 including Director of Field Strategies where she was responsible for developing and executing field marketing and communications initiatives including the field rollout of a $250 million systems conversion project. With 16 years of experience in financial services marketing, JoAnns prior experience includes positions with U.S. Bancorp and Securian Financial. JoAnn serves on the board of trustees for the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Associations (SIFMAs) Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, she is a Board Member of Project SUCCESS, a non-profit group focused on improving the educational experiences of inner city middle and high school students and on the Board of Directors for Meet Minneapolis the non-profit organization for Minneapolis convention and visitors association. JoAnn attained her M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
