As Rhoads Vice President of Strategic Services, Koser seeks to find innovative solutions to complex insurance regulatory problems. He is also responsible for managing relationships with Rhoads affinity partners and oversees the day-to-day operations of Rhoads' managed services team. Previously, he worked in various leadership positions at the National Insurance Producer Registry, most recently as business development director.
