Pat joined Nationwide Credit, Inc. (NCI) on August 5, 2003 as Executive Vice President with responsibility for defining and setting strategic marketing direction, as well as serving as the key contact and relationship manager for the company's top clients. He was promoted to Chief Executive Officer on November 22, 2004. An industry veteran, Carroll brings to NCI nearly 40 years of experience in call center collections, customer service and operational excellence.He joins NCI from Outsourcing Solutions, Inc (OSI). There, Carroll served in various executive capacities since 1996, most recently as Senior Vice President, National Accounts. He played a leadership role in the growth of several lines of business and was responsible for ensuring that top clients were fully engaged in its outsourcing, contingency, and portfolio businesses.Prior to his tenure at OSI, Carroll led nationwide marketing efforts for Payco American Corp. In his 32 years at Payco, which was acquired by OSI in 1996, Carroll was instrumental in establishing the corporation's first outsourcing clients in a wide variety of markets including healthcare, municipal governments, federal government student loan program, as well as collection contracts with numerous banking and financial services providers.
