J.D. Power and Associates' 2013 U.S. Auto Insurance Study included a regional breakdown ranking individual insurers by customer satisfaction scores. There were 11 regions overall four state-specific. The following outlines the five highest customer satisfaction scores received by individual insurers in a given region. USAA and New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company are listed where applicable, however, they were not included in the rankings because of the "closed natures of their respective memberships," according to J.D.
