Introducing Women in Insurance Leadership: NEXT

This year, in addition to the yearly class of Women in Insurance Leadership, Digital Insurance is kicking off the Women in Insurance Leadership: NEXT program to identify leaders who are on their way to great things in the industry.

Each NEXT nominee was chosen by an executive sponsor who also was in her company, in some cases a former Women in Insurance Leadership winner herself. Other than that requirement, honorees had to be 40 years of age or less on Dec. 31 of this year. Following is our first class, which like the traditional WIL winners will be honored at the Women in Insurance Leadership event this year Oct. 28-29 in Chicago.
