Digital Insurance announces the honorees for this year's Women in Insurance Leadership: NEXT award.

Launched in 2019, Women in Insurance Leadership: NEXT expanded Digital Insurance's longtime Women in Insurance Leadership program to recognize up and coming leaders in insurance. Each of our winners was nominated by an executive at their insurance company.

These honorees have demonstrated excellence in leading major digital projects at their company. Now, they're ascending to the next level of leadership in a transformed workplace. Hybrid work environments are changing the dynamics of career development and growth. At the same time, staffing challenges across the industry provide many opportunities to seize the mantle of leadership.

It's time to meet this year's cohort. In October, we'll post profiles of each of them within this gallery, on Dig-In.com, and in our newsletters. And join us and all our honorees in Chicago, November 8 for the Women in Insurance Leadership conference.

You can find Women in Insurance Leadership honorees here.

Editor's note: Sarah Boukris-Escandon was nominated for and awarded WIL NEXT honors as part of her role as director, data scientist for USAA. However, she has since left the company. She will still receive an award but won't be profiled.
