Digital Insurance's Meet the Insurtech series profiles the industry's up-and-comers, giving readers a taste of not only what their companies offer, but also the vision and insights of the company's leadership.
You will have to answer the following questions. The top half of the form is intended to be filled by the insurtech's founder, CEO or equivalent leadership position. The bottom section is about the company itself and can be filled out either by the same person or by someone else if that is disclosed.
We reserve the right to edit answers for length and clarity, and to excerpt them for future features. You must also provide high-resolution, full-color photos of the leader submitting the profile, the company's leadership team, and/or the company's offices.
Note that essay-style questions (i.e., "What advice would you give to other insurtech leaders, or to yourself 5 years ago?") require answers to be at least 400 characters (approx. 70 words).
