Amerisure Implements MajescoMastek Billing System

Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Amerisure Mutual Insurance Co. has gone live with MajescoMastek’s  STG Billing and Collections solutions. MajescoMastek’s is the U.S. subsidiary of global technology solutions provider Mastek Ltd.

MajescoMastek says Amerisure used a number of different legacy billing systems that were hindering its ability to provide adequate customer service and to grow as a business. After reviewing a number of billing solutions, Amerisure selected STG Billing solution for its ability to support direct bill, agency bill and some of Amerisure's other unique billing requirements pertaining to its commercial and workers’ compensation books of business.

STG Billing contains tools designed to define custom business rules and design payment, collection and delinquency plans, creating organization-specific solutions that increase the business value of IT systems.
