As another enhancement to Nationwide Financial's electronic service capabilities, life insurance and annuity customers are now able to receive their statements and other regulatory documents by e-mail. By signing up to receive these documents electronically, customers will no longer receive paper copies and instead will now have access to current and past account information anytime, anywhere -- no more digging through paper files. To sign up, account holders need to visit and log on to the Access My Account page.
