Tryg, the second largest insurer in Denmark, Norway and Sweden, has selected Genpact for a multi-year engagement to help Tryg reimagine its core operations.
By streamlining, automating and optimizing Tryg's underwriting support, policy administration, claims processing and customer care services, the insurer expects to become more customer centric, agile, digital and responsive, Genpact said. The engagement will include Genpact's Lean Digital approach, which includes its patented Smart Enterprise Process methodology; its Rapid Process Automation application and Smart Decision Services.
The combined benefits include helping Tryg become more nimble and scalable, improving the customer experience, containing costs and optimizing business processes. By simplifying processes and improving response cycles and accuracy, Tryg would be able to focus on more strategic tasks and critical customer communications, Genpact said.
