OneAmerica Selects iPipeline for Agents, Customer Comms

OneAmerica will implement iPipeline’s DocFast software to improve customer experience and agent policy placement rates, the company announced today.

DocFast will enhance the communication experience for customers by sending policies and personal business documents digitally, according to both companies. Quickened delivery and two-way communication between agents and policyholders will also increase speed to market. Additionally, DocFast provides an upsell capability allowing the customer to increase coverage based on preapproval.The software will be integrated with OneAmerica's current implementation of iGO e-App, which extends its straight-through processing workflow.
