The companies of OneAmerica have selected PolicyHS, an online customer self-service and call center solution for policy change and request forms. PolicyHS is a product of iPipeline, a marketing, selling and solutions processing company for insurance carriers, distributors and producers. The solution is designed to cut operational costs, and simplify and automate service requests for in-force policies.

“We selected iPipeline because they offer an off-the-shelf, cost-effective solution to enhance the consumer experience, straight-forward implementation and a quick ROI,” says Gregg Poston, VP of individual operations for the OneAmerica companies. “With PolicyHS, our customers benefit by being able to complete changes and requests online, or by having our call center representatives initiate the process and then electronically route documents to them for signature. We benefit by being able to plug PolicyHS directly into our consumer-facing website and call center with very little IT development on our side.”
