Western National Insurance Group has selected Guidewire ClaimCenter as its new claims management system, the private mutual insurer announced today.
ClaimCenter will replace Western National’s previous third-party claims management system, offering the company new capabilities in managing customer communications using Guidewire Smart Communications. The new software will enable Western National to provide more first call resolution opportunities to customers, integrate all claims processes onto a single platform and improve overall experience for policyholders and agents, according to the vendor.
“It was vital for our solution to be embraced by and empower our users; to be flexible and configurable; and to be future proof,” said Richard Long, senior vice president of claims, Western National, in a statement. “Guidewire demonstrated that they will be a true partner for us, understanding our business and responding to our needs.”
