Now in its 12th year, Digital Insurance's Women in Insurance Leadership program recognizes the accomplishments of extraordinary women across the quickly changing insurance industry.

This year's 10 winners are helping their companies navigate the rapid digitalization of insurance, developing and executing ideas that have had real business impact. They will receive their awards at the 2017 Women in Insurance Leadership Forum, which will be held Sept. 13 & 14 at the Westin Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Ill. DI's fourth-quarter issue and website will publish profiles of all 10 winners in the weeks leading up to the event.

Nominations for the Women in Insurance Leadership honor are collected from across the insurance industry, including carrier companies, vendor partners, and industry analysts and observers. Previous years' winners serve as the judging panel, examining the business impact, creativity, and mentorship roles each nominee has demonstrated over her career.

Congratulations to this year's honorees, who are introduced on the following pages.
