Telematics Can Keep Your Customer Connected

The world of AI can be further enhanced with the addition of telematics, meaning information inside and outside the car can link to the level of information on the road and through satellite connection; ultimately meaning a small to big picture on an epic scale. At the heart of this is a regular "dialogue" of short digestible information between car manufacturer, insurer and owner/policy holder meaning they feel comfortable and informed. In a world of automation, more of a human touch can also be brought into the process at key times to sync with when a policy holder really needs human connection. Some issues will need to be addressed - consumers do not want to feel intimidated by the technology - for example fear of data misuse, premiums rising, being told what to do. These are real fears.
