Allstate Nabs No. 1 DALBAR Award

AccessAllstate.com, the Web site recently launched by Allstate Financial Group, a business unit of Northbrook, Ill.-based Allstate Corp. has been ranked as the No. 1 Web site for financial professionals for fourth quarter 2002 by DALBAR'S Life Insurance & Annuity WebMonitor. The WebMonitor is a quarterly ranking program that DALBAR Inc., an Boston-based financial services market research and consulting firm, uses to rank the Web sites of the top 25 insurance, annuity and mutual fund firms. The Web sites in consideration are scored by function, usability, content currency and consistency. This is the first appearance for AccessAllstate.com, which was launched in August 2002 by Allstate Financial to help producers who are registered to sell for Lincoln Benefit Life. The Web site provides Allstate producers with access to client information, and enables them to execute transactions, locate product rules, download form and fund information and access sales and marketing materials.
