Allstate Seeking Agents to Open New Offices

Allstate is current on the hunt for agents across the state of Illinois to become Allstate exclusive agency owners.

The insurer says that it will provide new agents with essential tools and resources, including insurance product education; expertise from company sales consultants; customizable marketing and advertising materials; and performance incentives.

"If you don't have an insurance background, we'll provide you with the appropriate insurance education to help your agency hit the ground running the day you open for business,” says Kevin Carney, Allstate's Illinois strategic deployment leader. “In addition, our agency owners have the independence to run their agency, hire and manage their staff, and set their direction while receiving support from [Allstate]."

Allstate, which currently has 553 Illinois agents, says agency owners will have the opportunity to sell a range of insurance and financial products, including personal and commercial auto, property and financial services.

The insurer says its Illinois recruiting goals include 41 agents in Metro Chicago, 18 in northwest Illinois,18 central Illinois and 10 in southern Illinois.
