American Family Insurance, mutual property/casualty insurance company, is taking steps to make life easier for its agents. NexJ Systems Inc., a provider of enterprise CRM solutions, announced today that AmFam has selected NexJ Contact for Insurance to deliver an Integrated Agent Desktop to all its agents and customer service representatives (CSRs).

Once implemented, AmFam's agents and CSRs will be using the Integrated Agent Desktop as the primary access point from which they will conduct their day-to-day business, NexJ says. The solution is designed to integrate lead and contact information from multiple systems to provide a comprehensive, single view of the customer across the enterprise. The integrated desktop also will synchronize agents' activities with Microsoft Outlook and mobile devices, so they always have the information they need at hand.
