Developed using Silanis’ e-SignLive technology, the capabilities enable plan participants and policy owners to electronically add legal, enforceable signatures to enrollment documents. Full audit trails and metadata are attached to the electronic signatures, ensuring authenticity.
The Integrated New Business Portal is a paperless, Web-based service designed to simplify the life insurance enrollment process for plan participants, policy owners, brokers and carriers, Andesa said. By replacing paper applications and traditional electronic processes with fillable, rules-based Web forms and information-gathering tools, the Integrated New Business Portal makes enrollment and new business processing easy on participants and brokers.
The portal is integrated with Andesa’s secure illustration, policy administration and reporting solutions, the company said, enabling automated support of the new business process, from census to policy issuance.
