AssureSign Releases Electronic Signature Software Update

AssureSign LLC, a provider of Web-based electronic signature services, announced release of an update to its electronic signature program, AssureSign. The latest version AssureSign v2.1.1 is designed to be the more cost-effective and include a greater degree of automation for users. With the original AssureSign, users create document layouts to suit specific needs, and can then record signatures and other data for documents into spaces called JotBlocks, the company’s term for data collection locations.

“With the introduction of dynamic JotBlocks, AssureSign users have complete control over their document templates,” said David Brinkman, AssureSign’s CEO. “With dynamic JotBlocks, the process of integrating a new technology into an existing business process becomes seamless.”

AssureSign v2.1.1 will feature original attributes including JotBlocks but is designed to give users more autonomy in varying the location of signatures and data, the ability to apply data into PDF documents and greater ease in using the application without having to manage an extensive backlog of document templates.
