BeyondKey Releases 2 New Mobile Apps

BeyondKey Systems announced two new mobile apps today at the IASA Education Conference and Business Show. The apps are designed to improve customer service and customer retention, as well as provide better education tools for agents and consumers while reducing costs thru improved operational efficiency.

The B365 mobile app is designed as an extension to the company’s BeyondKey SharePoint Insurance portal. B365 is a carrier’s “pocket website,” providing agents and consumers with the ability to manage policies, renewals, online payments and more.

BeyondKey emphasizes that mobile helps insurers compete for profitable customers at a time when there is a 50 percent risk of retention rate and 20 percent of consumers report mobile information as critical to keep them as a customer.

“Insurers that do not embrace a complete mobile and social strategy may not exist in the future so they should definitely look into mobile apps that solve problems and a social strategy to connect with both current and prospective customers,” said JD Meints, VP Business Development for BeyondKey Systems. “Ninety-one percent of consumers expect product information to be delivered via mobile apps by 2015,” added Meints.

BeyondKey also released PropertyLoc, an app for insurers working with residential and commercial property owners, designed to enable the creation of a photo inventory of every asset associated with a policy, the filing of claims and the ability to receive push notifications for every event related to a policy.
