Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Company, an insurer of churches and related ministries, has selected, a provider of customer experience management solutions, to support all enterprise customer communications activity.

According to Brotherhood Mutual, the company had an immediate need to adopt a more modern, multichannel platform in order to move away from the existing legacy policy print solution. It also desired more support for all enterprise customer communications — including policies, billing, correspondence and notices.

"The solution enables Brotherhood Mutual to reach our document generation goals in a way that also satisfies our application integration requirements,” says Rick Crow, AVP of Application Architecture at Brotherhood Mutual. “We appreciate the approach taken in the design of the solution, which enables business users to actively participate in the design, development and delivery process.”

The platform is fully integrated with Guidewire’s leading policy administration, billing and claims management solutions, collectively known as Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
