The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma has selected Claims Manager as its claims and risk management systems provider. Claims Manager is a product of JDi Data Corp. and will equip Choctaw Nation with a claims system to increase its effectiveness of managing claims for multiple lines of businesses, including casinos, restaurants, hotels, health clinics and travel plazas.

JDi says Choctaw’s existing data was converted successfully for a speedy deployment. Claims Manager gives Choctaw Nation the capabilities to track their hierarchy, multiple program locations, and divisions across all lines of businesses they operate.

Choctaw Nation starts with 3.3.03, the newest version of Claims Manager, which features an OpticLense dashboard, offering claims staff a personalized user experience with its user-defined information management control panel, says JDi. Each user is able to select specific OpticLense homepage view of clients, lines of businesses, causes, and trend summary snapshots. Claims Manager supplies the Choctaw Nation with a guide in handling claims and streamlining critical internal processes.
