CNA, a commercial insurance writer and P&C company, now offers upgraded automation intended to help agents process endorsements more efficiently.
The online endorsement capability gives agents the ability to create "what-if" scenarios by generating multiple endorsement options. It also identifies additional coverage opportunities for customers when they quote and issue Small Business CNA Connect endorsements directly on CNA Central.
Benefits of the upgrade include the ability to identify additional coverage recommendations at the time of change; quote and issue policy and account level changes; generate multiple endorsement options; and initiate all endorsements through a single access point. The upgrade also enables users to compare current policies to endorsed policies; tracking of status of requests; and delivers faster turnaround times.
Agents can identify coverage recommendations while they are servicing their clients’ endorsement requests by using CNA’s new business Custom Coverage Option as part of the online endorsement process, CNA said.
