Content Management E-Learning Launched

Conyers, Ga. — ImageRight, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vertafore Inc. and a provider of insurance-focused content management and workflow solutions, announced the availability of a new electronic training tool, ImageRight E-Learning.

ImageRight E-Learning combines consistent, thorough instruction about using the ImageRight system, while providing users the flexibility to select all or part of the instruction, based on specific needs. With E-Learning, users get hands-on, interactive simulations of ImageRight's various functions, and they can assess their knowledge through quizzes.

In addition, a community of support is available through discussion forums, e-mail access to ImageRight trainers and a knowledge center that contains reference materials.

"ImageRight E-Learning has really helped me to grasp what ImageRight is intended to do," says Paula McDonald, accounting manager for Texas All Risk. "Going through the steps and learning all the different tools at your disposal was very enlightening. We are just now starting to utilize workflows in our accounting department and E-Learning really helps to understand the process."

E-Learning also includes reporting features designed to enable insurance executives and internal instructors to manage the training process, and to get the most out of an investment in ImageRight's content management and workflow system. ImageRight E-Learning trains users who are new to the organization and ImageRight, existing ImageRight users who need a refresher, experienced users who would like to expand their knowledge and even temporary, read-only users, such as auditors.

Using E-Learning, insurance organizations have the flexibility to train employees on-demand, and the same training courses can even be offered multiple times, providing a consistent training message, the company says. Additionally, ImageRight E-Learning aids users in minimizing help desk calls since users are better trained and more able to navigate the basic and advanced functionality of the ImageRight system easily.

"We surveyed and interviewed our clients to identify how we could help them meet their training needs," says Jami Wolbers, corporate trainer for ImageRight. "ImageRight E-Learning takes the burden off the client when it comes to training. It provides our clients the ability to improve their performance and increase their knowledge of the ImageRight system, at their convenience."
