An integral part of the redesign is the interactive Personal Lines CSR Sales Training Center. Enrolled customer service representatives receive a new professional-level sales lesson each month. These lessons help reps to prospect better, obtain referrals, spot centers of influence, up-sell, cross-sell, close new sales, and make practical use of the extensive library of creative cross-selling tools that are the core of this Web site. The online training may be purchased by an agency or company for all of its personal lines CSRs, or an individual CSR may register for training on their own.
