Crum & Forster (C&F), a national insurance group, will offer its fleet customers DriveCam Inc.'s managed services as part of C&F’s loss control/safety management services. The service is designed to address safety by combining data and video analytics with real-time driver feedback and coaching. Fleets manage the DriveCam Program through DriveCam Online a Web-based online portal. Through a patented, iterative process of scoring, prioritizing and tracking the results of driving behaviors, this model identifies behavioral improvement opportunities for increased safety, DriveCam said. In-cab video captures driving behavior, which is objectively reviewed and scored, then passed on to the fleet for use in coaching drivers.

"Our primary goal in the insurance business is to reduce our customers' risks," said Mark Srygley, SVP of Middle Market. "By partnering with DriveCam, we are able to offer our policyholders a comprehensive suite of fleet safety solutions and risk management services, at a reduced cost.”
