Donegal Insurance Group has completed the implementation of Guidewire Software, Inc.’s BillingCenter, the company announced today.

BillingCenter will replace three of Donegal’s legacy billing systems, allowing the personal, farm, and commercial lines insurer to unify billing processes on a common platform for agents and policyholders as well as provide real-time online processing. In 2007, Donegal also implemented Guidewire’s ClaimCenter.
