Duck Creek Technologies, a provider of software and services for the insurance industry, announced its new Duck Creek Billing Solution. The Duck Creek Billing Solution is a Web-based .NET system designed to support the end-to-end billing process for all lines of property and casualty (P&C) insurance. Further, the system is geared to streamline and automate the billing processes; and support and enhance customer relationship strategies. Early adopter implementations are currently underway at Dovetail Insurance Corporation and SUA Insurance.
Duck Creek Billing shares the same next-generation platform as Duck Creek Policy Administration and Rating Solution. It can be purchased with Duck Creek Policy Administration Solution, as a standalone billing solution, or integrated into an insurer’s existing legacy or 3rd party system.
Highlights of the Duck Creek Billing Solution include:

·Web 2.0 user interface and intuitive screen workflow design
·Single point of change for plan maintenance
·Powerful and flexible rules-based plan configuration engine
·Installment plan and receivables scheduling
·Support for modern payment methods (e.g. EFT, EBPP providers, credit card, etc)
