At Issue:Indiana Farm Bureau wanted a solution that would enhance workflow of its material damage appraisers in processing claims.
The Solution:
A lightweight, hand-held mobile data wireless display developed by Panasonic Computer Solutions Inc. The device integrates with Panasonic's own semi-rugged laptop known as Toughbook. The solutions also integrates claims software developed by the carrier's claims software provider ADP.
The result:
Appraisers are resolving claims more quickly and more accurately as failure rates have been reduced. Task redundancy and re-keying data has also been greatly diminished.
