Farm Bureau P&C is newly in production with Accenture Duck Creek Claims for its commercial and workers' compensation lines of business.
This completes a full rollout of the software across commercial and personal lines. Farm Bureau wanted to consolidate claims systems to improve fraud detection and customer engagement at the time.
