The department today is more efficient, and offers excellent service. Also, since joining the claims department at Farmers in 1987, Rob has held a number of positions including california regional claims manager, auto physical damage zone manager and home office claims administration manager/project manager. We know he will do an outstanding job in his new position.”
Howard received a BA degree in mathematics from William Jewell College, and has earned certificates as a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Management and Associate in Insurance Services.
