FMG, a New Zealand-based rural insurer, has selected Guidewire ClaimCenter as its new claims management system, as well as Guidewire Claim Portal for Vendors.
The company deployed Guidewire's BillingCenter and PolicyCenter in 2013 through all lines of its business, completing the suite with ClaimCenter.
“Following on from our positive experiences with PolicyCenter and BillingCenter, the adoption of ClaimCenter will help us to continue to enhance our client’s service experience and employee satisfaction. Smart tools for smart people," said Geoff Yeats, General Manager of Business Information Services, FMG.
ClaimCenter will help FMG manage the claims process including customer service and payment, while Claim Portal for Vendors helps the insurer coordinate with supply chain vendors during repairs, according to Guidewire.
