GEICO Begins 2013 on Hiring Spree

GEICO plans to hire 300 new associates at the company’s regional office in Tucson, according to a company statement.

The hires will include associates to fill new positions and to make up for attrition. The GEICO Tucson office employs more than 1,200 associates and offers career opportunities in sales, claims and customer service.

“GEICO is providing stable career opportunities that are vital to building our local economy and making Tucson a better place to work and live,” said Martha Furnas, GEICO’s regional VP.

GEICO’s regional office in Tucson opened in 2003 and will be celebrating its tenth anniversary this spring.
