Gore Mutual Insurance Company has selected new billing software from Duck Creek Technologies after a previous installation of the vendor's policy and rating offerings.

The company's goal is to offer more payment options, handle higher volume workflows, and enhance billing operations by streamlining and automating processes, it says. Combined with the policy and rating software previously installed, the tech environment will support Gore’s personal and commercial lines of business from quoting and underwriting to payment and renewal.

“The seamless integration between the Duck Creek billing and policy systems made it clear that this is the best solution for us,” said Sean Christie, CIO and VP of information services at Gore Mutual. “This will provide us with streamlining opportunities, as we will be able to automate manual processes or even eliminate some processes completely.”
