GuideOne Insurance Co. (GuideOne) has selected Insurer Policy and Insurer Analytics, components of the Innovation Insurer suite from Innovation Group. The solution will replace the company's personal lines policy management systems.
Innovations says the solution is designed to help insurers manage the end-to-end policy management process, enable product innovation, support distribution channel options, enhance the customer experience, and drive a lower the total cost of ownership. GuideOne will use its Insurer Rating, Insurer Billing, Insurer Reinsurance and Insurer Configurator components, included in the Insurer Policy implementation.
Innovation says GuideOne will use Insurer Policy to support future growth plans for personal lines products in its markets: churches, schools and higher education, home care providers, senior living communities and car and home owners. Insurer Analytics will provide business intelligence, dashboard reporting and real-time analytics.
